Byblostar Hotel is a gem in Byblos. The owner, Claire, goes above and beyond for her guests, making them feel at home. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, the rooms are impeccably clean, and the customer service is excellent. Clare even helped us with getting SIM cards and handling taxi payments. We reminded me of family.
No complaints.

the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. the free parking was really convenient too, we had no trouble finding a spot.
We didn't have the best experience with the staff. They seemed a bit disinterested and didn't really go out of their way to make us feel welcome.

the location was a bit far from the main town, requiring transportation, but there were some decent dining options nearby. the room was clean and comfortable, although the bathroom was a bit cramped. the breakfast was nice and fresh, but lacked variety. the staff was friendly and helpful, assisting us with directions and providing recommendations on tourist attractions. the hotel had satisfactory facilities and amenities.
The noise level from other guests in nearby rooms was a bit disruptive and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
